  1. 1. Lifetime Windows leased 43,401 industrial square feet at Central Park Business Center at I-70 and Central Park Boulevard in Denver. Jim Bolt, Murray Platt and Todd Witty of CBRE represented the landlord.

2. DB Capital Management purchased the 142-unit Cleo Apartments at 425 S. Galena Way in Denver for $38 million from Lion Lockwood Owner LLC. Dan Woodward, David Potarf, Matt Barnet and Jake Young of Walker & Dunlop represented the seller.

3. ST Arapahoe LLC and other entities purchased 28,461 retail square feet at Arapahoe & Lima Center at 11405 and 11435 E. Briarwood Ave. in Centennial for $8.2 million from HKS Associates LLLP. The property is 91.4 percent occupied. Ryan Bowlby and Drew Isaac of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.

6900 South Bannock LLC purchased the 54-unit Broadridge Apartments at 6900 S. Bannock St. in Littleton for $17.3 million from Palisades Cypress LLC. Andrew Monette represented both buyer and seller.

9990 59th LLC purchased 12 multifamily units at 9990 W. 59th Place in Arvada for $2.4 million from Lynnette Enterprises LLC. Josh Newell and Jake Waxter represented the buyer.

Reliance Multifamily purchased the 51-unit Sunset Ridge at 4100 S. Hooker St. in Sheridan for $12.9 million from Sunset Ridge Veterans Inc. Benton Adams, Sean Holamon, and Adam Riddle represented the buyer and seller.

Mariposa2 LLC purchased 868 Mariposa St. in Denver for $1.4 million from Mariposa Ventures LLC. Christian Burgdorf and Nik MacCarter represented the buyer and seller.

Waste Connections of Colorado Inc. purchased 4150 E. 60th Ave. in Commerce City for $8 million from GI Investments LLC. Russell Gruber represented the seller. Ryan Searle of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer.

Highland Properties 1222 LLC purchased the two-building industrial property with fenced yard at 4901 Locust St. in Commerce City for $3 million from The Constance M. Delio Revocable Trust. Steve Fletcher represented the seller.
