2. Quiktrip purchased 8,087 retail square feet at 6801 W. Colfax Ave. in Lakewood for $2 million from 6801 LLC. Jake Malman of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the seller.

3. Mountain States Employers Council leased 21,542 square feet at 1290 Broadway, Suite 1500, in Denver. Joe Serieno, Chad Alexander and Caitlin Ellenson of Avison Young represented the landlord.

Hearkness Investments LLC and other entities purchased the three-tenant retail property Park Hill Shops at 2245 Kearney St. in Denver for $3.5 million from 2245 Kearney LLC. Robert Edwards and Tom Ethington represented the seller.
