1. Summit Communities purchased the 112-unit Highline Lofts Apartments at 456 S. Ironton St. in Aurora for $29 million from Lowe Property Group. Alex Possick, Rich Ritter and Seth Gallman of Northmarq represented the seller.

2. Centennial Tech Industrial Owner LLC purchased 7442 and 7472 S. Tucson Way in Centennial for $17.5 million from B9 Polar Centennial Tech LLC.

3. 250 Steele Street LLC purchased 29,212 retail square feet at 250 N. Steele St. in Denver for $14 million from 250 Steele LLC. Jake Malman of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the buyer.

The Deborah K. Hayne, P.C. & The Hillman Acupuncture & Wellness LLC leased 1,796 office square feet at 8158 E. 5th Ave., Suite 220, in Denver. Connor Donahue represented the landlord.

10392 Westminster LLC purchased the 9,325-square-foot restaurant building at 10392 Reed St. in Westminster for $2.2 million from 10392 Reed LLC. Justin Krieger represented the seller. Peter Peluso represented the buyer.

Country Ridge Estates Rentals LLC purchased six multifamily units at 2383 Emporia St. in Aurora for $1 million from Hentz Bell Holdings LLC. Barton Thompson represented the buyer and seller.

Black Moon Enterprises LLC purchased the industrial property at 11575 W. 13th Ave. in Lakewood for $700,000 from Golden Investments LLC. Taste of Philly leased 2,295 retail square feet at 16603 Washington St. in Thornton. Chris Lindgren represented the tenant.

Air Academy Federal Credit Union leased 2,001 retail square feet at 1867 S. Quebec St., Suite D, in Highlands Ranch. Phil Kubat represented the landlord.

Sonny Liquor Corp. purchased D Valley Liquors at 8807 Huron St. in Thornton for $635,000 ($435,000 plus $200,000 in inventory) from Mings Sherpa Inc. Brandon Gouker and Brian Costello represented the seller.
