Cohen Rojas Capital Partners purchased the 129-unit The Lydian apartment complex at 2590 Welton St. in Denver for $66.2 million from Confluence Cos. The building also has 8,000 retail square feet and 14,500 square feet of coworking space. Dan Woodward, Dave Potarf, Matt Barnett and Jake Young of Walker & Dunlop represented the seller.

Highland Place I scaled

Office space at Highland Place I at 8085 Chester St. in Centennial sold for $22.2 million.

Bridal Dale LLC purchased 138,771 office square feet at Highland Place I at 8085 Chester St. in Centennial for $22.2 million from Dornin Investment Group. The three-story building is 100 percent leased. Jon Hendrickson, Aaron Johnson, Eric Wichterman and Mike Coover of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.

Cultivator Advertising and Design Inc. leased 3,016 office square feet at 2819-2825 Larimer St., Suite 2819, in Denver. David Leuthold and J.R. Guz of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the tenant.

Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. reports the following deal:

Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. and MG Properties purchased the 394-unit Stone Cliff Apartments at 17886 E. Greenwood Drive in Aurora for $143 million. Jordan Robbins, Pamela Koster, Jacob Frishman, Christ Hart and Shea Conway of JLL represented the seller.

JLL reports the following deal:

Granite Properties purchased 264,000 office square feet at First Avenue Plaza at 44 Cook St. and 55 Madison St. in Denver for $104.8 million from a subsidiary of Ares Management Corp. Mark Katz, Peter Merrion and Hilary Barnett represented the seller.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:

DJ-3 LLC purchased 12 multifamily units at 7005-7015 W. 16th Place in Lakewood for $2.9 million from MSMS Group LLC. Boomer Beatty represented the buyer. Kyle Malnati and Sam Bretz of Calibrate Realty represented the seller.

NavPoint Real Estate Group reports the following deals:

HardBeauty Foundation 501(C)(3) Organization leased 4,512 office square feet at 840 Kinner St. in Castle Rock. Jordan Burgess and Matt Kulbe represented the landlord.

Mark Anthony Flowers leased 784 office square feet at 425 N. Wilcox St., Suite 150, in Castle Rock. Jordan Burgess and Matt Kulbe represented the landlord.

Final Element LLC leased 330 office square feet at 510 N. Wilcox St., Suite E, in Castle Rock. Jordan Burgess represented the landlord.

L.I.F.E Fellowship of Colorado leased 14,985 industrial square feet at 3400 Industrial Lane in Broomfield. Matt Call represented the tenant.

Alternative Pregnancy Center leased 1,360 office square feet at 23 Inverness Drive East, Suite 101, in Englewood. Jeff Brandon and Matt Kulbe represented the landlord.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deal:

Pediatric Speech Therapy Associates leased 3,215 office square feet at 12110 N. Pecos St., Suite 250, in Westminster. Peter Knisely, Jake Malman, Ana Sandomire and Jenna Schwab represented the landlord.

Axio Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Flouwer Co. leased 1350 retail square feet at 4334 35th Ave. in Denver. Brian Frank represented the tenant.

Vareco 1515 Clermont LLC purchased 1515 and 1531 Clermont St. in Denver for $7.2 million from LC Clermont Realty LLC.

1480 Silver King Drive LLC purchased 21 N. Logan St. in Denver for $3 million from Triple J Denver Property Logan LLC.

1480 Silver King Drive LLC purchased 310 W. Archer Place in Denver for $4.6 million from Triple J Denver Property Archer LLC.

9th and Santa Fe LLC purchased 900 Santa Fe Drive #1 for $970,000 from Payge Holdings LLC.
