Office space at Highland Place I at 8085 Chester St. in Centennial sold for $22.2 million.
Bridal Dale LLC purchased 138,771 office square feet at Highland Place I at 8085 Chester St. in Centennial for $22.2 million from Dornin Investment Group. The three-story building is 100 percent leased. Jon Hendrickson, Aaron Johnson, Eric Wichterman and Mike Coover of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.
Cultivator Advertising and Design Inc. leased 3,016 office square feet at 2819-2825 Larimer St., Suite 2819, in Denver. David Leuthold and J.R. Guz of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the tenant.
