No. 1: San Diego-based MG Properties Group purchased the 564-unit 3300 Tamarac apartment complex at 3300 S. Tamarac Drive in Denver for $141 million from Gelt Inc. Dave Martin and Brian Mooney of Northmarqrepresented the seller.

No. 2: Advanced Property Services purchased 112,938 office square feet at 4704 Harlan St. in Denver for $20 million from Lakeside Office Park LLC. Sam Leger, Tim Finholm and Brandt Berry of Unique Propertiesrepresented the buyer and seller.

No. 3: Merritt Holdings LLC purchased 28,911 flex square feet at 16025 Table Mountain Pkwy. in Golden for $8.73 million from Advanced Property Services. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm of Unique Properties represented the buyer and seller.

TOP THREE LEASES

No. 1: Summit Materials leased 33,191 office square feet at 1801 California St. in Denver. Nic Weld and Andrew Swetnam of CBRE represented the tenant. Nick Pavlakovich, Matt Gautreau and Michael Pavlakovich of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.

No. 2: SP Plus Corp. leased 3,198 industrial square feet at 2329 S. Broadway in Denver. David Leuthold and J.R. Guz of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the tenant.

Generation Development purchased 0.43 acres at 601 E. 17th Ave. and 1709-1717 Washington St. in Denver for $3.75 million from Great Northern Cattle Co. Marc Lippitt and Justin Herman represented the seller.
