No. 1: San Diego-based MG Properties Group purchased the 564-unit 3300 Tamarac apartment complex at 3300 S. Tamarac Drive in Denver for $141 million from Gelt Inc. Dave Martin and Brian Mooney of Northmarqrepresented the seller.

No. 2: Advanced Property Services purchased 112,938 office square feet at 4704 Harlan St. in Denver for $20 million from Lakeside Office Park LLC. Sam Leger, Tim Finholm and Brandt Berry of Unique Propertiesrepresented the buyer and seller.

No. 3: Merritt Holdings LLC purchased 28,911 flex square feet at 16025 Table Mountain Pkwy. in Golden for $8.73 million from Advanced Property Services. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm of Unique Properties represented the buyer and seller.

TOP THREE LEASES

No. 1: Summit Materials leased 33,191 office square feet at 1801 California St. in Denver. Nic Weld and Andrew Swetnam of CBRE represented the tenant. Nick Pavlakovich, Matt Gautreau and Michael Pavlakovich of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.

No. 2: SP Plus Corp. leased 3,198 industrial square feet at 2329 S. Broadway in Denver. David Leuthold and J.R. Guz of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the tenant.

No. 3: Insurance technology firm FJA leased 3,157 office square feet at Johns Manville Plaza at Denver City Center at 717 17th St. in Denver. Casey Grosscope of CBRE represented the tenant. Michael Crane, Julie Rhoades, and Andy Ross of JLL represented the landlord.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Merritt Holdings LLC purchased 18,796 flex square feet at 4620 Technology Drive in Golden for $4.4 million from SKS Real Estate LLC. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm represented the buyer and seller.

Generation Development purchased 0.43 acres at 601 E. 17th Ave. and 1709-1717 Washington St. in Denver for $3.75 million from Great Northern Cattle Co. Marc Lippitt and Justin Herman represented the seller.

Gravity Venture LLC purchased 1,980 office/retail square feet at 333 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver for $1.335 million from Harriet Goodman Family LLC. Steve Miller represented the seller.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deals:

EDC Holdings LLC purchased 26,323 retail square feet at 9140 Westview Road in Lone Tree for $6 million from Lone Tree Westview 14 LLC. Paul Cattin, Dorit Fischer and Hayden Hirschfeld represented the seller.

4987 Factory Shops LLC purchased 6,277 retail square feet at 4987 Factory Shops Blvd. in Castle Rock for $3.57 million from 540 Castle Rock LLC. Chris Wiedenmayer represented the seller.

FX Net Lease Holdings LLC purchased the Chase Bank property at 4791 Tower Road in Denver for $3.3 million from CP Bedrock LLC. Chris Wiedenmayer represented the seller.

Pink Leopard LLC purchased 3,300 office square feet at 3401 W. 38th Ave. in Denver for $1.2 million from Carolyn Bradley. Dorit Fischer and Hayden Hirschfeld represented the seller.

South Rio Grande LLC purchased 1,655 industrial square feet at 4110 W. Rio Grande Ave. in Sedalia for $627,000 from Sedalia Trading Company LLC. Craig Myles represented the seller.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:

Plus Three BP LLC purchased 3125 Federal Blvd. in Denver, currently home to Dollar Tree, for $2.13 million from Columbine Plaza Shopping Center LLC. Drew Isaac represented the seller. Drew Isaac and Brian Bailey represented the buyer.

Transworld Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

Hungry Goat Properties, affiliate of Virgilio’s Pizzeria & Wine Bar in Ken Caryl, purchased the 4,242 retail and restaurant square feet at 102 Market St. in Morrison for $1.5 million from Aqua Lounge Hospitality Group. Jason Startari represented the seller.

Max Vending leased 3,000 square feet at 3852 Norwood Drive, Unit 2, in Littleton. Jason Startari represented the tenant.

Denver Lending leased 1,300 office square feet at 400 S. Colorado Blvd., Suite 340, in Denver. Phil Kubat represented the tenant.

Sheldon-Gold Realty reports the following deals:

Lady Justus LLC purchased a 5,130-square-foot office building at 900 S. Kipling St. in Lakewood for $950,000 from 900 S LLC. Eric Gold and Mary Jo Cummings represented the seller. Alex Becker of Real Estate Consultants of Colorado represented the buyer.

Blue Sky Idea Studio purchased 1,422 square feet of office space at 6412 S. Quebec St. in Centennial for $285,00 from Richard Weiner and Lee Shiller. Eric Gold represented the seller.

Blueprint Financial Consulting LLC leased 2,545 office square feet at 12015 E. 46th Ave., Suite 440, in Denver. George Moseley represented the landlord.
