Pacific Multifamily Investors LLC purchased the 168-unit Avery Belmar apartment complex at 823 S. Vance St. in Lakewood for $65.25 million from CA Belmar Owner LLC. Dan Woodward, David Potarf, Matt Barnett and Jake Young represented the seller.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Wayne Family Trust purchased 70 multifamily units at 13034 E. 14th Place in Aurora for $12 million from Fishman & Fishman — II LTD. Marc Lippitt, Phil Danker, Will McCauley, Justin Herman, Kevin Higgins and Elliot Polanchyck represented the buyer and seller.

Brighton Main Street Printing LLC purchased 7,874 retail/flex square feet at 301 S. Main St. in Brighton for $1.5 million from 301 South Main LLC. Earl Duffy and Greg Knott were transaction brokers.

MSPA Investments LLC (Ziggi’s Coffee) purchased 0.46 acres at 10143 W. Chatfield Ave. in Littleton for $225,000 from Sangre De Cristo Road LLC. Gannon Roth represented the seller.

40th Street Industrial LLC purchased the 65,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial property at 7777 and 7801 E. 40th Ave. in Denver for $7.4 million from Quattro Associates LLC. Ironstone handled both sides of the transaction.

Tyler Weston purchased 62 acres with water rights at 1765 Perry Park Road in Sedalia for $1.8 million from Clyde Canino. Ironstone handled both sides of the transaction.
