CBRE reports the following deal:

Juniper Dry Creek Mob LLC purchased the 57,250-square-foot Dry Creek Medical Office Building at 125 Inverness Drive East in Englewood for $23 million from Breg Mob Investors 1 LLC. Dann Burke, Stephani Gaskins and Anna Heiserman of CBRE’s Denver office, along with Chris Bodnar, Lee Asher, Ryan Lindsley and Jordan Selbiger, represented the seller.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

1680 Steele St LLC purchased 21 multifamily units at 1680 Steele St. in Denver for $7.56 million from 1674 Steele Street LLC. Jeff Johnson and Andrew Monette represented the seller.

2300 S Wabash LLC purchased 5,018 industrial square feet at 658 N. Kalamath St. in Denver for $1.75 million from Kal LLC and other entities. Justin Krieger and Greg Titus represented the seller.

Sheldon-Gold Realty reports the following deals:

Caledonian Properties LLC purchased 25,312 industrial square feet at 7075 S. Alton Way in Centennial for $3.4 million from CJ LLC. Eric Gold represented the seller. Mike Wafer and Bruce Mawhinney of Newmark represented the buyer.

Colorado Media Center LLC purchased a 3,890-square-foot industrial condo at 8200 Southpark Circle, Unit 200, in Littleton for $985,000 from VIP Southpark LLC. Eric Gold represented the buyer. David Foley of Makers Commercial represented the seller.

Edcon Prj leased 6,643 office square feet at 6900 W. Jefferson, Suite 150, in Lakewood. Eric Gold represented the tenant. TJ Smith of Colliers represented the landlord.

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deals:

Reentry Residential LLC purchased 18 multifamily units at 9121 E. 14th Ave. in Aurora for $2.375 million from Mayhew LLC. Scott Fetter and Joe Hornstein represented the seller.

32V LLC purchased 12 multifamily units at 5525-5535 E. Yale Ave. in Denver for $2.3 million from Todd Falbo and Lynette Falbo. Hunt Schaefer represented the buyer. Matt Lewallen and Kevin Calame represented the seller.

Michael Pearson and Clearwater Realty Management LLC purchased eight multifamily units at 5532 S. Grant St. in Littleton for $1.42 million from 5532 S Grant St LLC. Hunter Schaefer, Jack Sherman and Dan Hawthorne represented the buyer and seller.

Thornton Pipeline LLC purchased industrial buildings totaling 11,338 square feet on 1.52 acres at 5335 Harrison St. and 5300 Jackson St. in Denver for $2.2 million from Green Brothers Land Holdings LLC. Jessica Smith and Nic Jurgens of Madison Commercial represented the buyer.
