PYFR LLC purchased 50,599 office square feet at 6000 Greenwood Plaza Blvd. in Greenwood Village for $7.3 million from Forecast LLC. Paul Cattin represented the buyer.

44th Street Ventures LLC purchased 6,080 retail square feet at 2915 W. 44th Ave. in Denver for $3.1 million from EPRE LLC. Dorit Fischer, Jonathan Power and Hayden Hirschfeld represented the buyer.

Spiremedia Inc. leased 11,725 office square feet at 3501 Wazee St., Suite 200, in Denver. Paul Cattin represented the tenant.
