W&J Investments purchased 5700 N. Washington St. in Denver for $2.5 million from BATS Investments. Matt Brower represented the seller. Chad Kollar of Cresa represented the buyer.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

GRC Properties LLC purchased 2,976 industrial square feet at 2550 W. 2nd Ave., Unit 104, in Denver for $590,000 from MBH Properties LLC. Marc Lippitt and Justin Herman represented both buyer and seller.

Dynasty Concrete Inc. purchased a 13,100-square-foot lot at 135 Pike St. in Bennett for $165,000 from Lonny D. Simon and Kathryn S. Simon. Richard Bowler represented the seller.

In & Out Nail Spa and BUI Accounting Firm leased 3,300 retail square feet at 457 Wadsworth, Units B and C, in Lakewood. Gannon Roth represented the landlord.

Chicken Jack’s leased 7,000 square feet at 1229 S. Broadway in Denver. Logan Schenk represented the tenant. Zach Albrecht and Kyle Framson represented the landlord.
