Villas Co Winton LLC and similarly named entities purchased the 120-unit The Villas apartment complex at 2555 31st St. in Denver for $40 million from 31st Street Investments LLC/Central Street Capital. Josh Newell and Derek Greer represented the buyer and seller.

GSD Real Estate LLC purchased 16 multifamily units at 8205 W. 16th Ave. in Lakewood for $2.38 million from Woo Yeun Chu and Ma Suh Chu. Andrew Monette represented the buyer. Connor Knutson represented the seller.

Colorado Workers for Innovative and New Solutions (WINS) leased 1,833 office square feet at 1777 S. Bellaire St. in Denver. Eric Shaw represented the tenant.
