$5M purchase of Four Seasons condo tops August home sales

A Four Seasons condo nicknamed “Sky Terrace” for having the most expansive outdoor terraces in the building sold for $5 million last month.

The 24th-floor residence at 1133 14th St. downtown was originally listed for $6.3 million in late July and sold on Aug. 31.

The seller, Susan Kiely, purchased the home under a trust for $1.8 million in 2012, according to property records. Kiely is the CEO and founder of Women With A Cause Foundation. Her husband Leo was the president and CEO of MillerCoors until 2011, according to his LinkedIn.

The couple sold the property to Jonathan and Carol Clark, according to property records.

Most units similar to the size of this 5,286-square-foot condo in the 45-story Four Seasons building boast two 373-square-foot balconies. But the one that sold has two 615-square-foot terraces with views of downtown and the mountains, according to the listing.

The four-bedroom, five-bathroom residence is also the only unit with four parking spaces. Amenities within the Four Seasons include a 24/7 private concierge, valet, room service, on-site cleaning services and a residents-only gym.
