Peter Sengelmann, Eric Diesch and Jackson Coon of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors and John Redfield of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the seller.

RNGD Carr LLC and its partners purchased the 20-unit apartment building at 5840 Carr St. in Arvada for $2.55 million from Carolyn Allen. Barton Thompson and Kyle Gossett represented the seller.

Dreamstyle Remodeling purchased 16,800 industrial square feet at 627-637 Osage St. in Denver for $3.1 million from Dagat LLC. Kirk Vanino represented the buyer.
