Crescent Real Estate LLC purchased 89,069 office square feet and 30,782 retail square feet at 200 and 250 Columbine St. in Denver for $82.75 million from Western Development Group. John Jugl and his team represented the seller.

Fuller Real Estate reports the following deal:

Hampden Building LLC purchased the 28,696-square-foot office building at 7200 E. Hampden Ave. in Denver for $4 million from APS&E LLC. It was 93 percent occupied. David Gagliano and Jason File represented the seller.

Capstone reports the following deal:

1389 Quari LLC purchased the 17-unit multifamily building at 1389 Quari St. in Aurora for $2.47 million from 2545 W 45th Ave LLC. Jason Koch represented the seller. Brandon Kaufman represented the buyer.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deals:

5641 N Washington LLC purchased the 20,285-square-foot industrial building at 5641 Washington St. in Denver for $3.5 million from BNC Services LLC. Adam Abushagur and Alyssa Tomback represented the seller.

Solid Ground Rentals purchased a total of six multifamily units at 8300 E. 16th Ave. and 1568 Valentia St. in Denver for $980,000 from 1227 Perry Street LLC. Boomer Beatty and Peter Standley represented the seller.

Calvary Chapel Cherry Creek leased 17,117 square feet at 6782 S. Potomac St. in Centennial. Mark Dwyer, Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord.

McCoy & Associates leased 5,285 square feet in Union Terrace at 12596 W. Bayaud Ave. in Lakewood. Peter Thomas and Andrew Piepgras represented the landlord.

Kroll Law Offices PC and Isabel P. Posso Attorney at Law leased 1,308 square feet in Union Tower at 165 S. Union Blvd. in Lakewood. Peter Thomas and Andrew Piepgras represented the landlord.

Bond & Morris leased 3,753 square feet at 303 E. 17th Ave. in Denver. Peter Thomas and Andrew Piepgras represented the landlord.

Dr Rebecca Howard PsyD LLC leased 838 square feet in Kennedy Center at 10200 E. Girard Ave. in Denver. Peter Thomas and Andrew Piepgras represented the landlord.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

Rustic Aire LLC and Rustic Arms LLC purchased a total of 71 multifamily units at Rustic Aire and Rustic Arms Apartments at 3440 S. Corona St. and 3445 S. Downing St. in Englewood for $12.43 million from Rustic Partners LLC. Jim Knowlton and Chris Knowlton represented the buyer and seller.
