Cushman & Wakefield reports the following deals:

IG Logistics LLC purchased the 34.4-acre Lipan Street Industrial Park at 6045 Lipan St. in Adams County for $21 million from EP Investments LLC. Matt Trone, Steve Hager and Joey Trinkle negotiated multiple leases contingent on the buyer acquiring the property, and continue to handle project leasing.

General Logistics Systems US Inc. leased 25,480 industrial square feet at the JAG Logistics Center @ DEN industrial park at the northwest corner of 64th and Powhaton in Aurora. Aaron Valdez, Alec Rhodes and Tyler Smith represented the landlord. Michael Petrick of the Fischer Company and Tim D’Angelo of Newmark represented the tenant.

MAI Mechanical, a plumbing and mechanical subtractor, leased 16,390 industrial square feet at the JAG Logistics Center @ DEN industrial park at the northwest corner of 64th and Powhaton in Aurora. Aaron Valdez, Alec Rhodes and Tyler Smith represented the landlord. Nick Rice and T.J. Smith of Colliers represented the tenant.

TruTeam, an installer of insulation and building products, leased 24,830 industrial square feet at the JAG Logistics Center @ DEN industrial park at the northwest corner of 64th and Powhaton in Aurora. Aaron Valdez, Alec Rhodes and Tyler Smith represented the landlord. Alex Foley of the Swearingen Realty Group represented the tenant.

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deals:

Duke Cooley purchased 12 multifamily units at 230-282 W. Ellsworth Ave. in Denver for $2.85 million from Bayaud Investors LLC. Joe Hornstein and Scott Fetter represented the seller.

601 S Penn LLC purchased four multifamily units at 601 S. Pennsylvania St. in Denver for $925,000 from Jeffrey Brenman. Joe Hornstein and Scott Fetter represented the buyer.

352 Hudson LLC purchased the 15,870-square-foot lot at 826-838 N. Cherry St. in Denver for $1.6 million from 816 Cherry St Inc. Kyle Malnati represented the seller.

The Arthur & Roberta Davis Trust purchased the six-unit apartment building at 441 S. Logan St. in Denver for $1.35 million from the Agazio family. Kyle Malnati represented the seller.

Baker Townhome Partners LLC purchased the five-unit rowhomes at 20-36 E. 4th Ave. in Denver for $1 million from Leftin Investment Co. Kyle Malnati represented the seller.

City of Lakewood purchased the car wash property at 1080 Wadsworth Blvd. in Lakewood for $1.1 million from Roger Guzman. Brandon Langiewicz acted as transaction broker.

Barry Baxman leased 1,200 office/retail square feet at 3455 Ringsby Court, #100, in Denver. Brandon Langiewicz and Isaiah Mayfield represented the tenant.

Randy and Belinda Romero leased 2,185 retail square feet at 4550 Wadsworth Blvd., Units H and O, in Wheat Ridge. Isaiah Mayfield and Brandon Langiewicz acted as transaction brokers.
