CentrePointe Properties purchased Highland Place II, a 143,175-square-foot office property at 9110 E. Nichols Ave. in Centennial for $14.26 million from Atlas Real Estate Partners. Patrick Deveraux, James Brady and Campbell Davis represented the seller.

Hoff & Leigh reports the following deal:

Innovavision Three LLC purchased a 20,000-square-foot retail building at 9301-9321 W. Colfax Ave. in Lakewood for $4.5 million from KKS LLC. Beau Hershberger and Brandon Langiewicz represented the seller.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

Iota purchased the 16-unit apartment building at 4329 Jellison St. in Wheat Ridge for $3.5 million from Jellison Apartments LLC. Josh Newell and Connor Knutson represented the seller and buyer.

1393 Jamaica LLC and 8721 E 14th Ave LLC purchased two multifamily properties totaling 11,490 square feet at 1393 Jamaica St. in Aurora and 8721-8753 E. 14th Ave. in Denver for $2.47 million from BPG Chester LLC and BPG Rosemary LLC. Barton Thompson represented both buyers and sellers.

JWS Second Property LLC purchased the 5,818-square-foot restaurant building at 2710 S. Havana St. in Aurora for $1.79 million from 888 Investments LLC. Justin Krieger represented the seller.

Meridian Enterprise LLC purchased 10,644 office/flex square feet at 3900 S. Federal Blvd. in Sheridan for $1.07 million from Divando Commercial 2 LLC and Eric Torres and Ana Torres and Jorge Noriega. Mike Haley and Alex Scott represented the seller. Joe Sainz of 5280 Realty represented the buyer.
