Oak Coast Properties purchased 427 apartments at The Avalon at 645 Wolff St. in Denver and Estrella at 7030 N. Pecos St. in Denver for $61 million from Mountain View Capital. Tom Wanberg and John Blackshire of Transwestern represented the seller.

JLL reports the following deal:

Tributary Real Estate Advisors purchased the office building at 400 W. 48th Ave. in Denver for $11.2 million from NAS Properties. Larry Thiel and Jason Schmidt represented the seller.

DePaul Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

Lovett Industrial purchased 41.81 acres of land at Bromley Interstate Business Park at 21960 E. 160th Ave. in Brighton for $6 million from a group of owners led by Paul DeCrescentis at DePaul Real Estate Advisors. Jarod Pate represented the sellers. Kirk Vanino and Ron Webert of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deals:

Mainspring Co. purchased 28,286 office square feet at 1576 N. Sherman St. in Denver for $5.64 million from Killin Properties LLC. Joey Gargotto represented the buyer.

1908 Brands Inc. leased 54,365 square feet at 4915 E. 52nd Ave. in Commerce City. Dorit Fischer and Hayden Hirschfeld represented the landlord.

Fuller Real Estate reports the following deals:

Chermet LLC purchased the 46,604-square-foot office building at 11111 E. Mississippi Ave. and 1051 S. Kingston St. in Aurora for $3.95 million from Mississippi 11111 LLC. Travis Wanger represented the buyer. Trish Rayner of Metro Brokers represented the seller.

EMS Software leased 1,380 office square feet at 2175 S. Jasmine St. in Denver. Travis Wanger and Alex Scott represented the landlord. Zac Blaha of Colliers represented the tenant.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:

Berkeley Flats LLC purchased eight multifamily units at 4587 Federal Blvd. in Denver for $1.85 million from Grandview 4587 LLC. Kyle Glennon, Boomer Beatty and Peter Standley represented the buyer and seller.

Sheldon-Gold Realty reports the following deals:

Lew Evans Family LLC purchased the 11,989-square-foot office building on 1.19 acres at 4705 and 4745 N. Kingston Ave. in Denver for $1.2 million from Union Taxi Cooperative. Eric Gold of Sheldon-Gold Realty and Gary Molinaro of Denver Commercial Properties represented the seller. Jamie Mitchell and Amanda Dorotik of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer.

MVP Littleton Office LLC purchased a 1,910-square-foot office condo at 7325 S. Pierce St., Unit 203, in Littleton for $400,000 from Mwtwins Pierce 7325 LLC. Eric Gold and Mary Jo Commings were transactional brokers.

Theralink Technologies Inc. leased 9,417 flex square feet at 15000 W. 6th Ave., #400, in Golden. Jason Thomas represented the tenant. Matt Keyerleber of Colliers represented the landlord.

Farmland Partners Inc. leased 4,013 office square feet at 4600 S. Syracuse, Suite 1450, in Denver. George Moseley represented the tenant. John Marold of CBRE represented the landlord.

Sunshine Enterprises leased 2,572 retail square feet at 17888 Cottonwood Drive in Parker. Mary Jo Cummings represented the tenant. Corey Wagner of Western Centers represented the landlord.

Nextworld leased 53,546 office square feet at 8200 E. Maplewood Ave. at Vista 25 at Arapahoe Station in Greenwood Village, owned by Harbor Associates and Blue Vista Capital Management.
