JLL reports the following deal:

Tributary Real Estate Advisors purchased the office building at 400 W. 48th Ave. in Denver for $11.2 million from NAS Properties. Larry Thiel and Jason Schmidt represented the seller.

DePaul Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

Lovett Industrial purchased 41.81 acres of land at Bromley Interstate Business Park at 21960 E. 160th Ave. in Brighton for $6 million from a group of owners led by Paul DeCrescentis at DePaul Real Estate Advisors. Jarod Pate represented the sellers. Kirk Vanino and Ron Webert of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
