Pursuant to a lease dated Nov. 15, 2019, tenant Burger Bar leased space at 14500 W. Colfax Ave., Room 345A, Lakewood, failed to take possession of the premises and failed to commence tenant’s work pursuant to the lease. Plaintiff says tenant abandoned the premises and owes $555,392.92, which includes annual base rent accruing prior to Nov. 3, 2030, the natural expiration of the lease.
