Construction on “LoDo’s best kept secret” is nearly finished.
The Fitzgerald, an 11-story apartment complex, is set to open this winter, according to its website. The building broke ground in late 2018.
The Fitzgerald building is in the 1800 block of Market Street and is set to have 282 apartments, according to development plans. In addition, it will have 8,287 square feet of retail space and 302 parking spaces both underground and on portions of the first two floors.
