Willow Creek Partners of Virginia purchased the 138-unit The Croft Apartments at 7200 E. Evans Ave. in Denver for $29.5 million from Colorado-based Summit Communities and DVO Real Estate. Dan Woodward, David Potarf, Matt Barnett and Jake Young represented the seller.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

Baseline Apartments LLC purchased the 87-unit Parkview Towers apartment complex at 3655 S. Pearl St. and 3650 S. Pennsylvania St. in Englewood for $15.75 million from 3650 S Penn LLC. Robert Lawson represented the seller. Jim Knowlton represented the buyer.

9801 East Easter LLC purchased the 7,683-square-foot office building at 9801 E. Easter Ave. in Centennial for $2.1 million from FS LLC. Liz Morgan and Cody Stambaugh represented the seller.

EZ Solutions LTD purchased a 2,500-square-foot industrial condo at 9670 Dallas St., Unit K11, in Henderson for $425,000. M. Chandler Lisle and the Johnson Ritter Team represented the buyer.
