Avanti Residential purchased the 397-unit Forum Fitzsimons apartment complex at 13650 E. Colfax Ave. in Aurora for $158.8 million from a partnership between Sightway Capital, Catalina Development and Pollin Group. Joshua Simon, Jordan Robbins, Pamela Koster, Chris McColpin and Matt Steffen represented the seller.

A joint venture between Ascentris and Cypress Office Properties purchased the 297,262-square-foot Central Park Tower office building at 385 Interlocken Crescent in Broomfield for $95 million from GV 385 Interlocken Owner LLC. The building is 89 percent leased and anchored by Webroot. Mark Katz, Leon McBroom and Peter Merrion represented the seller.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:

Pecos Square LLC purchased Pecos Square, the 10,729-square-foot retail center at 1717 and 1777 W. 38th Ave. in Denver, for $5.15 million from 29th Partners LLC. Drew Isaac and Ryan Bowlby represented the seller. Austin Snedden represented the buyer.

Broadway Partners 1 LLC purchased Firehouse Square, the 9,762-square-foot retail/office complex at 1038 E. 6th Ave. in Denver, for $4.75 million from RAK Investments Inc. Michael DeSantis and Brett MacDougall represented the seller.

TSCPartners LLC purchased 14,000 industrial square feet at 1401 W. Radcliff Ave. in Englewood for $1.95 million from 13 & 14 LLC. Earl Duffy and Greg Knott were the transaction brokers.

South Hannibal LLC purchased 7.54 acres at Dove Valley Lots 7-9 Block 1 for $1.31 million from Dove Valley Business Park Associates LTD. Jerry Kempf represented the seller.
