2080 California Co Owner LLC purchased the 354-unit Alexan 20th Street Station apartment complex at 2080 California St. in Denver for $130 million from Trammell Crow Residential. Terrance Hunt, Shane Ozment, Chris Cowan, Amanda Meldrum and Craig Ratterman represented the seller.

CBRE reports the following deals:

San Diego-based Pathfinder Partners purchased the 168-unit Echo Ridge at North Hills apartment complex at 11450 Melody Drive in Northglenn for $44.05 million from Colorado Springs-based Griffis Blessing and Philadelphia-based LEM Capital. Dan Woodward, David Potarf, Matthew Barnett and Jake Young represented the seller.

Strat Ventures purchased 11 multifamily units at 661 Pearl St. in Denver for $2.1 million from 661 Pearl Street LLC. Robert Bratley represented the seller.

NexGen Properties reports the following deal:

CODI Manufacturing purchased Shafer Tech Center at 7910 Shaffer Pkwy. in Littleton for $14.5 million from NexGen Properties. T.J. Smith and Nick Rice of Colliers represented the seller.

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deal:

VareCo 2920 W 32nd Ave LLC purchased 41 multifamily units at 2920 W. 32nd Ave. in Denver for $8 million from Coco’s Palace LLC. Kevin Calame and Matt Lewallen represented both buyer and seller.
