Kodiak Real Estate Group purchased the 26,208-square-foot office and light manufacturing building at 1150 Catamount Drive in Golden for $6.15 million from Tepuy Properties. Eric Rutherford of WK Real Estate represented both buyer and seller.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:
