Joseph and Erika Massaquoi purchased the 7,443-square-foot historically designated office mansion at 740 N. Washington St. in Denver for $1.68 million from MJ Trust. Michael ONeil, previously with Leuthold Commercial Properties, and Dyllan Nguyen of Liv Sotheby’s represented the seller.

Casablanca LLC purchased 9,800 industrial square feet at 15586 E. 17th Ave. in Aurora for $1.35 million from Storage One/Elizabeth LLC. Dallas Sandberg represented the seller.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deals:

AvalonBay Communities purchased 650 N. Sherman St. and 657 N. Grant St. in Denver for $7.7 million from Elec Tri City Etc LLC and Rafriend LLC. Dorit Fischer and Hayden Hirschfeld represented the seller.

AvalonBay Communities Inc. purchased 0.15 acres at 639 and 645 N. Grant St. in Denver for $1.4 million from E. Ricardo Gonzales. Dorit Fischer and Hayden Hirschfeld represented the buyer.
