An affiliate of Denver-based Treeline Multifamily Partners Ltd. purchased the 165-unit West 38 apartment complex at 7333 W. 38th Ave. in Wheat Ridge for $64.42 million from Wazee Partners. Terrance Hunt, Shane Ozment, Chris Cowan, Amanda Meldrum and Craig Ratterman represented the seller.

Vista Investment Group reports the following deal:

Vista Investment Group purchased the 185,743-square-foot Signature Centre office building at 14143 Denver West Pkwy. in Golden for $30.48 million. Tim Richey, Charley Will, Mike Winn, Chad Flynn and Jenny Knowlton of CBRE represented the seller.

Eggyton LLC purchased the seven-unit apartment building at 849 Humboldt St. in Denver for $1.56 million from Michael Foonberg. Josh Newell represented the seller.

1537 Gaylord LLC purchased the six-unit main house and 800-square-foot carriage house at 1537 Gaylord St. in Denver for $1.51 million from Communal Management LLC. Chris Knowlton and Jim Knowlton represented the buyer.

Oliver LLC purchased the five-unit apartment building at 1632 Franklin St. in Denver for $1.41 million from 1632 N Franklin LLC. Josh Newell and Derek Greer represented the seller.
