School District No. 1 in Denver purchased 200 E. 9th Ave. in Denver for $9.9 million from Dunn Denver LLC. Dorit Fischer and Hayden Hirschfeld represented the buyer.

LoHi Mauka LLC purchased 4,172 retail square feet at 1735 Central St. in Denver for $2.2 million from Alpine Investments LoHi LLC. Cory Dulberg represented the seller.

RRC Power & Energy LLC leased 4,235 office square feet at 8700 Turnpike Drive, Suite 300, in Westminster. Trent Rice and Connor Donahue represented the tenant.
