CBRE reports the following deal:

Cortland purchased the 324-unit Outlook Gateway apartment complex at 5650 Argonne St. in Aurora for $100.4 million from Evergreen Devco Inc. Dan Woodward, David Potarf, Matt Barnett and Jake Young represented the seller.

Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

Kamby Real Estate LLC purchased the 10,300-square-foot retail building at 6991 N. Tower Road in Denver for $5.58 million from Wadsworth Development Group. Tenants are Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s Subs, BurgerIM, Pho 92 Vietnamese restaurant and Jasmine Nails & Spa. Jeff Lefko and Bill Asher of Hanley, along with ParaSell Inc., represented the seller.

Impax Real Estate Group reports the following deals:

Prime West acquired approximately 34,000 square feet at 4120-4158 N. Jason St. in Denver for $5 million. Prime West has proposed a 208-unit apartment project on the site. Drew MacDonald of Impax Real Estate Group and Amanda Hardin of Roche & Company represented Prime West.

Colorado Hardscapes purchased 360-390 Vallejo St. in Denver for $1.69 million from 390 Vallejo LLC. Drew MacDonald represented the buyer. Paul Schneider of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the seller.

Property Solutions Team leased 10,000 warehouse square feet and 12,000 fenced yard square feet at 4191 Inca St. in Denver. Drew MacDonald of Impax Real Estate Group and Amanda Hardin of Roche & Company handled the lease negotiations.

Cushman & Wakefield reports the following deal:

Spectrum Balboa, LBA Fund and Trig Investments purchased 2195 S. Raritan St. in Englewood for $4.6 million from The Bedrock Group LLC. The property is leased to Front Range Stone Inc. Tyler Smith, Alec Rhodes and Aaron Valdez represented the seller.

Ollienix LLC purchased 4373 N. Clay St. in Denver for $4.25 million from Clay Street Apartments LLC. Greg Johnson and Conner Piretti represented the buyer and seller.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

BR1 Denver LLC purchased the 12-unit apartment building at 27 S. Ogden St. in Denver for $2.5 million from Ogden Manor Apartments. Michael Krebsbach represented the buyer.

Adrian Opitz and Lou Anne Opitz purchased three multifamily units at 4705 Routt St. in Wheat Ridge for $770,000 from Bimleshwar Gupta and Rajni Gupta. Josh Newell and Connor Knutson represented the seller.
