Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:

Cardinal Green Investments LLC purchased the 14,490-square-foot Walgreens building on 1.7 acres at 14 E. Allen St. in Castle Rock for $6.86 million from GMS Castle Rock LLC. Drew Isaac and James Rassenfoss represented the seller. Jeff Bracco of The Kase Group represented the buyer.

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deals:

Adluvio Investments LLC purchased 20 multifamily units at 1000 S. Logan St. in Denver for $3.55 million from Senco Investments LLLP. Greg Johnson represented the seller. Conner Piretti represented the buyer.
