Libitzky Property Companies purchased the 220,396-square-foot office building INOVA II at 10825 E. Geddes Ave. in Centennial for $63.2 million from United Properties and Principal Real Estate Investors. The building was completed in 2018. Mark Katz and Peter Merrion represented the seller.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

JC’s British & 4×4 purchased 15,000 industrial square feet at 4747 S. Santa Fe Drive in Englewood for $3.98 million from ACP WOT LLC. Greg Knott represented both buyer and seller.

5250 W 38th Ave LLC purchased 7,370 retail square feet at 5250 W. 38th Ave. in Wheat Ridge for $1.43 million from WR Gateway I LLC. Earl Duffy and Greg Knott represented the seller.

CBRE reports the following deals:

GBT Laguna LLC and HWH FLP Laguna LLC purchased the multi-tenant retail property leased to Bellco Credit Union and Affordable Urgent Care at 3890 Quebec St. in Denver for $3.1 million from 1190 Birch St LLC. Brad Lyons, Matthew Henrichs and Parker Brown represented the seller.

Towerado LLC purchased 5,896 retail square feet leased to Chili’s at 3451 N. Tower Road in Aurora for $1.9 million from Gateway Assets LLC. Brad Lyons, Matthew Henrichs and Parker Brown represented the seller.

Kentwood Commercial reports the following deals:

940 Lincoln LLC purchased a 7,697-square-foot office building at 940 Lincoln St. for $2.6 million from Simoleon LLC. Solveig Tschudi Lawrence represented the buyer.

Tillman Financial Services Inc. leased 1,659 office square feet at 6430 S. Fiddlers Green Circle in Greenwood Village. David W. Morrison represented the tenant.

Colliers reports the following deals:

3025 Property Partners LLC purchased 20,151 industrial square feet at 3025-3035 S. Umatilla St. in Englewood for $2.15 million. Tyler Ryon represented the seller.

Beacon purchased the 11,890-square-foot mixed-use building at 2019 Stout St. in Denver for $1.53 million from Creative Capital LLC. Tyler Ryon represented the seller.

Mail Masters of Colorado leased 19,140 industrial square feet at 2899 S. Santa Fe Drive in Englewood. Tyler Ryon and Tim Shay represented the landlord.

Groundworks Colorado LLC leased 29,693 square feet at 11795 E. 45th Ave. in Denver. Mark Dwyer represented the tenant.
