Virginia Ave Apartments LLC purchased the 51-unit Powderhorn Apartments at 2201-2365 W. Virginia Ave. in Denver for $8.9 million from Powderhorn Apartments LLC. Joe Hornstein and Scott Fetter represented the seller. Keith Hardy represented the buyer.

Reed Park Building LLC purchased the 42-unit apartment complex at 1450 S. Reed St. in Lakewood for $8.4 million from Reed Park LLC. Kevin Calame and Matt Lewallen represented the seller.

Jewell 2231 Properties LLC purchased the 46-story Warren Park Apartments at 5605 W. Warren Ave. and 2187 S. Depew St. in Denver for $6.83 million from South Sheridan Acres LLC. Joe Hornstein, Scott Fetter, Kevin Calame and Matt Lewallen represented both buyer and seller.

Cushman & Wakefield reports the following deal:

Ryan Companies, Cadence Living and Harrison Street purchased 301 and 327 S. Harrison St. in Denver for $11.75 million. The site is entitled for a seven-story, 137-unit independent and assisted living facility. Rick Swartz, Jay Wagner, Aaron Rosenzweig, Dan Baker and Bailey Nygard were involved in the transaction.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Bpag Capital Fund 3 LLC purchased 83 multifamily units at 1400 Moline St. in Aurora for $9.3 million from Colorado Coalition for the Homeless. Phil Dankner, Marc Lippitt and Justin Herman represented both buyer and seller.

Hodges Commercial Properties purchased 10,009 industrial square feet at 4330 Broadway in Denver for $1.9 million from D-Property LLC. Kyle Van Camp represented the buyer. Tim Finholm represented the seller.

Ecospace Real Estate reports the following deal:

Adam and Karen Hostetter purchased the eight-unit apartment building at 9493 W. 14th Ave. in Lakewood for $1.65 million from Amani #5 LLC. Jason Lewis represented the seller. Josh Newell and Connor Knutson of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the buyers.

Yukon Court Apartments Holding Company LLC purchased 2,040 retail square feet at 592 S. Broadway in Denver for $1.6 million from Schwartz Living Trust. Chris Wiedenmayer represented the seller.

Oneida Park Dental Studio PC leased 1,584 retail square feet at 6920 E. 23rd Ave. in Denver. Todd Snyder represented the landlord.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

RCG LLC purchased five multifamily units at 252 Lincoln St. in Denver for $675,000 from JMI Real Estate LLC. Andrew Monette represented both buyer and seller.
