An affiliate of Treeline Multifamily Partners Ltd. purchased the 500-unit Bell Summit at Flatirons apartment complex at 210 Summit Blvd. in Broomfield for $154.05 million from Bell Partners. Jordan Robbins and Pamela Koster represented the seller. Josh Simon and Rob Bova represented the buyer.

Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners reports the following deal:

TGA Enterprise Park Business Center LLC purchased Enterprise Park Business Center —  which consists of 461,224 square feet across three buildings at 10035 E. 40th Ave., 10075 E. 40th Ave., and 3801 North Havana St. — for $77 million from Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners. The buildings were fully leased. Jeremy Ballenger, Tyler Carner, Jim Bolt, Jessica Ostermick and Tim Richey of CBRE represented the seller.

Scandic Sobo LLC purchased the 187-unit Alta SoBo Station at 500 W. Cedar Ave. in Denver for $73.2 million from Wood Partners and Stockbridge. Terrance Hunt and Shane Ozment represented the seller.

ColRich purchased the 326-unit Advenir at Lowry apartment complex at 8000 E. 12th Ave. in Denver for $65.3 million from Advenir. Shane Ozment and Terrance Hunt represented the seller.
