Transwestern Investment Group and Trammell Crow Residential report the following deal:

Griffis Residential purchased the recently-completed 164-unit Alexan Cherry Creek apartment complex at 55 Cook St. in Denver for $73.25 million from Transwestern Investment Group and Trammell Crow Residential. Jordan Robbins and Pam Koster of JLL represented the sellers.

JLL reports the following deal:

Graham Street Realty purchased Commerce Square, a 144,464-square-foot light industrial building at 3250 Quentin St. in Aurora, for $16 million from First Industrial LP. Larry Thiel and Carmon Hicks represented the seller.

CBRE reports the following deal:

Satori Property Co LLC, Hfjaz Satori LLC and Gan Satori LLC purchased the 24-unit Satori Residences at 950 Lincoln St. in Denver for $10.8 million from Satori Holdings LLC. The sale closed prior to the building’s occupancy. Robert Bratley represented the buyer.

NavPoint Real Estate Group reports the following deals:

ProTerra Properties purchased Village Square at Castle Pines, a multi-tenant retail/office property at 361-363 Village Square Lane and 7437-7439 Village Square Drive in Castle Pines, for $10.28 million from PMT Partners XIV LLC. The seller was represented by Matt Call of NavPoint, John Witt of Quiver Investments and Ian Elfner of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors.

RNK Running LLC leased 1,450 office square feet at 440 4th St. in Castle Rock. Collin Tedesco and Matt Kulbe represented the landlord.

Big Idea Project leased 1,353 office square feet at 8100 E. Arapahoe Road, Suite 301, in Centennial. Matt Kulbe and Jeff Brandon represented the landlord.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

Colton Lee Communities LLC purchased 16255 Washington St. in Thornton for $5.15 million from WashCo LLC. Corey Sandberg represented the seller.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:

BMO Gilbert Az LLC purchased the 7-Eleven property at 725 Kalamath St. in Denver for $3.03 million from Carr Street LLC. Drew Isaac represented the seller.

Gruber Commercial Real Estate Services reports the following deal:

Advanced Capital LLC purchased the 12,799-square-foot industrial building on 1.05 acres at 177 W. Jessup St. in Brighton for $1.72 million from WME Inc. Russell Gruber represented the seller.

Sheldon-Gold Realty reports the following deals:

Beacon Hill Investments Inc. purchased an 8,448-square-foot office building at 888 W. Ithaca Ave. in Englewood for $1.15 million from ESK Investments LLC. Eric Gold represented the seller.

MVP Greenwood Office LLC purchased a 1,616-square-foot office condo at 6535 S. Dayton, Unit 140, in Greenwood Village for $198,000 from CBA Properties LLC. Eric Gold was the transaction broker.

Brokers Choice of America leased 3,223 office square feet at 10800 E. Geddes Ave., Suite 120, in Englewood. Eric Gold represented the tenant. Whitney Hake of Transwestern represented the landlord.

Intuitive Insurance Group leased 2,164 office square feet at 7400 E. Orchard Road, Suite 4060N, in Greenwood Village. Eric Gold represented the tenant. Mitch Bradley of CBRE represented the landlord.

SAS Health Services leased 1,800 office square feet at 11059 E. Bethany Drive, Suite 227, in Aurora. Mary Jo Cummings represented the tenant.

Magnum-Diego Priority Services leased 1,641 office square feet at 8480 E. Orchard Road, Suite 5700, in Greenwood Village. Eric Gold represented the tenant. Andrew McCabe of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.

Aqyre Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

Denis Peterson purchased the six-unit multifamily property at 5720 S. Pearl St. in Littleton for $1.06 million from Wayne Gremminger. Jack Sherman and Dan Hawthorne represented both sides of the transaction.

Transworld Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Colorado Home Fitness subleased 10,000 square feet that was formerly the home of Jonas Bros Taxidermy at 2494 W. 2nd Ave. in Denver. Chris Lindgren represented the sublandlord.

Madison Commercial Properties reports the following deals:

Front Range HVAC leased 7,266 flex/industrial square feet in the Inverness Business Park at 313-317 Inverness Way South in Englewood. Doug Gates represented the tenant. TJ Smith of Colliers represented the landlord.

NerdsToGo Computer Service leased 960 retail square feet at 10841 Crossroads Drive in Parker. Shelli Mango represented the tenant. Nick Nickerson of Trevey Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.

Queen City General Store LLC leased 1,475 retail square feet at 2660 Walnut St., Suite 570, in Denver. Jonathan Power represented the tenant.

Timberline Woodworks LLC leased 5,000 industrial square feet at 6711 W. 58th Place in Arvada. Corey Murray represented the landlord.

The Bad Hatchet, an axe throwing company, leased 2,160 retail square feet at Northview Shopping Center in Westminster. Jessica Brejcha was involved in the transaction.

Ageless Aesthetic Medical Spa leased 1,496 office square feet at 300 S. Jackson St. in Denver. Carl Mesker represented the tenant.
