Double Eagle Investment Property LLC purchased the 50,754-square-foot flex office building at 4680 Table Mountain Drive in Golden for $11.2 million from Advanced Property Services. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm represented the seller.

JBM-SB #1 LLC purchased the former Wendy’s building at 11571 W. Ken Caryl Ave. in Littleton for $1.4 million from 12401 Strickland Rd LLC. Brandon Paxton represented the buyer.

Urban Element Tattoo LLC purchased 1445 S. Broadway in Denver for $610,000 from Liminal Developments LLC. Kyle Van Camp, Tim Finholm and Sam Leger represented the seller. Marc Lippitt and Justin Herman represented the buyer.

Thong Thang and My Than purchased the 1,488-square-foot building at 424 S. Federal Blvd. in Denver for $510,000 from David Reveles. Graham Trotter, Sam Leger and Tim Finholm represented the seller.

Claudrey LLC purchased 1,775 industrial square feet at 2180 E. 40th Ave. in Denver for $275,000 from Lawrence H. Lobel and Sally Ann Lobel. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm represented the buyer.

Walter Composites Inc. leased 10,000 industrial square feet at 7000 Raleigh St. in Westminster. Earl Duffy and Greg Knott were the only brokers involved.

Patio Splash Hot Tubs & Spas leased 8,000 square feet at 9333 Wadsworth Blvd. in Westminster. Greg Knott and Earl Duffy were the only brokers involved.

Mountain View Pain Center leased 3,879 office/medical square feet at 5445 DTC Pkwy. in Greenwood Village. Brandon Paxton represented the tenant.

Renco Properties purchased Parker Plaza, a 34,060-square-foot shopping center at the northwest corner of South Parker Road and Plaza Drive in Parker, for $5.4 million. Jon Hendrickson and Mitch Veremeychik represented the seller.

Glenwood Albion LLC and Slater Street LLC purchased the 24-unit apartment building at 1280 Albion St. in Denver for $4.8 million from Rainbow Apartment Properties LLC. Joe Hornstein and Scott represented the seller. Conner Piretti and Greg Johnson represented the buyer.

Eyesdown LLC purchased the 35-unit apartment building at 1915 Sherman St. in Denver for $5.8 million from JMDR Sherman LLC. Matt Lewallen and Kevin Calame represented the seller.

Arrow 2.0 LLC leased 5,850 retail square feet at 3431 S. Broadway in Englewood. Brandon Langiewicz and Chris Isbell represented the landlord.

Venturi Restoration leased 5,000 square feet at 6100 E. 58th Ave. in Commerce City. Brandon Langiewicz represented the tenant.
