Summit Companies purchased Highland Way, the 230-unit apartment complex at 11310 Melody Drive in Northglenn, for $40.6 million from Avanti Residential. David Potarf, Dan Woodward, Matt Barnett and Jake Young represented the seller.

Avanti Residential purchased Economist, the microunit apartment building at 1570 and 1578 N. Humboldt St. in Denver, for $20.4 million from Pando Holdings. David Potarf, Dan Woodward, Matt Barnett and Jake Young represented the seller.

Dillon Companies Inc. purchased 14 acres at the southwest corner of Quebec Street and 136th Avenue in Thornton from Stratus Companies. A King Soopers grocery store and fuel center is planned. Jon Weisiger and Jim Lee represented the seller.

TerraCap Management reports the following deal:

Florida-based TerraCap Management LLC purchased 4949 S. Syracuse St. in Denver and Terrace at Orchard Station at 5575 DTC Pkwy. in Greenwood Village for $28.7 million from CPVF II DTC LLC. Tim Richey and Charley Will of CBRE represented the seller.
