CentrePoint and CentreSquare purchased Outlook Biscay, a 96-unit for-rent townhome community at 3382 S. Biscay Way in Aurora, for $37.5 million from Evergreen Development. Jake Young, Dan Woodward, David Potarf and Matt Barnett represented the seller.

Nexus Commercial Realty reports the following deals:

1200 Colorado LLC purchased the 22-unit multifamily property at 1200 Colorado Blvd. in Denver for $4.53 million from Richard E. Merman and Merman Properties 2020 Colorado Vine LLC. Brandon Kaufman and Nik MacCarter represented both buyer and seller.

Dung Than purchased the seven-unit multifamily property at 1868 W. Mississippi Ave. in Denver for $970,000 from Hosler Flips LLC. Sean Holamon represented the seller. Benton Adams represented the buyer.

Radcliff3002 LLC purchased the 3,593-square-foot multifamily property at 3002 W. Radcliff Ave. in Englewood for $755,000 from Andrew D. Hayes and Jordan Hayes. Jeff Dimmen and Benton Adams represented the seller.

Grey Pointe Apartments LLC purchased the 11,682-square-foot multifamily property at 7495 Lowell Blvd. in Westminster for $4.26 million from 7495 Lowell Blvd LLC. Phil Danker represented the seller.

Bennett Ranch LLC purchased 174 acres in Bennett for $3 million from Kenneth W. Newby. Allen Freedberg represented the seller.

Real Estate Matters Corp purchased 12,586 office square feet at 5701 E. Evans Ave. in Denver for $1.16 million from Michael B Smith Properties LLC. Sam Leger, Tim Finholm and Graham Trotter were involved in the transaction.

2650 S Broadway LLC purchased 2650 S. Broadway in Denver for $550,000 from Donald J Kautz, Trustee of the Living Trust Agreement of Donald Kautz. Brett MacDougall and Michael DeSantis represented the buyer.
