Lenon’s Auto Care leased 3,504 square feet at 11480 Cherokee St., Unit H, in Northglenn. Heather Taylor represented the landlord.

The Kathleen Ann Ross Trust purchased three Brakes Plus properties at 16770 E. Iliff Ave. in Aurora, 9297 S. Broadway in Highlands Ranch and 24550 E. Smoky Hill Road in Aurora for $6.955 million from Chi Chis of Colorado Springs LLLP. Drew Isaac and Brian Bailey represented the seller.

Logan House Investments LLC purchased the six-unit apartment building at 601-605 S. Logan St. in Denver for $1.4 million from MW Partners LLC. Josh Newell and Connor Knutson represented the buyer.
