Washington Street Holdings LLC purchased 8799 Washington St. in Thornton, currently leased to Walgreens, for $6.13 million from GMS Thornton LLC. Drew Isaac and James Rassenfoss represented the seller.

3444 Marion LLC purchased the 20-unit multifamily property at 3444 S. Marion in Englewood for $2.71 million from Campus Apartments LLC. Boomer Beatty, Peter Standley and Matthew Beverly represented the buyer and seller.

12131 N. Federal Parkway LLC purchased The Auto Spa at 12131 N Federal Pkwy. in Westminster for $2.9 million from 1650 Cannon Circle LLC. The sale price included both the property and business, a car wash. Cody Stambaugh and Liz Morgan assisted the buyer and seller.
