CBRE reports the following deal:

Florida-based Priderock Capital Partners purchased the 320-unit, 15-building Stone Mountain Apartment Homes complex at 11625 Community Center Drive in Northglenn for $83 million from Boulder-based Valhalla Holdings LLC. Dan Woodward, David Potarf and Matt Barnett represented the seller.

Gruber Commercial Real Estate Services reports the following deal:

5380 Downing Street LLC purchased the 30,000-square-foot multi-tenant property at 5380 Downing St. in Denver for $3.25 million from Bob and Renee Nickerson. Russell Gruber of Gruber Commercial Real Estate Services and Jon Treter of Coldwell Banker represented the seller.

KW Commercial reports the following deals:

MZ Venture LLP purchased 6,600 industrial square feet at 4600 Wadsworth Blvd. in Wheat Ridge for $1.1 million from End of the Line LLC and Morgan Kaland Flynn. Sheri Meranda and Rachel Colorosa represented the buyer. Brian Baker of Fuller Real Estate represented the sellers.

Denver’s Best Insurance Inc. purchased 1,551 retail/office square feet at 2955 Wyandot St. in Denver for $590,000 from Stephen P Brown and Catherine P Brown. Sheri Meranda and Rachel Colorosa represented the buyer. Deviree Vallejo of Liv Sotheby’s represented the sellers.

NavPoint Real Estate Group reports the following deal:

Les Adler purchased a 2,444-square-foot office condo at 12245 Pecos St., Unit 3, in Denver for $760,000 from Taiva 2-3 LLLP. Matt Kulbe represented the buyer. Patrick McGettigan of JLL represented the seller.

Ken Caryl Chiropractic Center leased 2,238 office square feet at 10288 W. Chatfield Ave, Suite 201, in Littleton. Matt Kulbe and Jeff Brandon represented the landlord.

Colliers reports the following deal:

Techno Rescue LLC leased 19,535 industrial square feet at 3251 Lewiston St. in Aurora. Steve Serenyi represented the tenant.

DP Media Network LLC leased 10,886 industrial square feet at 2877 S. Santa Fe Drive in Englewood. Tyler Ryon and Tim Shay represented the landlord.

Castle Rock Surgicenter, LLC leased 7,877 retail square feet at 4700 Castleton Way in Castle Rock. Jason Kinsey and Brady Kinsey represented the landlord.

Leopoldo Ramirez leased 2,340 industrial square feet at 6804 E. 48th Ave. in Denver. Matt Keyerleber and T.J. Smith represented the landlord.

Benjamin Edwards & Co. leased 2,332 office square feet at 8500 W. Bowles Ave. in Littleton. Abby Pattillo, Bob Whittelsey and Bree Quintieri represented the landlord. Chris Wiley, Matthew Ball and Amelia Vigen represented the tenant.
