Black Creek Group purchased a 151,929-square-foot fully leased industrial building at 5000 Lima St. in Denver for $12.25 million from Exdo Properties. Alex Rhodes and Drew McManus of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer.

Aqyre Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

South Clarkson Development LLC purchased 1.05 acres at 3560-3590 S. Clarkson St. in Englewood for $3.4 million from 3560-3590 South Clarkson Street LLC. Joe Hornstein, Scott Fetter & David Barocas represented the buyer and seller.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

Helix LLC purchased 0.79 acres at 1375 E. Hampden Ave. in Englewood for $3.15 million from Bullock Mortuary on April 7. Carlos Valencia at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors and David Barocas of Aqyre Real Estate Advisors represented the seller. Joe Hornstein and Scott Fetter of Aqyre Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer.

735 S Xenon LLC purchased the 12,522-square-foot office building at 735 S. Xenon Court in Lakewood for $2.25 million from Lizzy West LLC. Eric Shaw represented the seller.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:

Mile-Hi Premier Investments LLC purchased 9,835 industrial square feet at 4575 Joliet St. in Denver for $1.43 million from SSR 2019 LLC. Brandon Kramer and Jake Klimas represented the seller. Boomer Beatty and Peter Standley represented the buyer.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deal:

2119 Curtis LLC purchased 0.34 industrial acres at 6430 E. 39th Ave. in Denver for $630,000 from My Father’s House International Christian Discipleship Center. Jake Malman and Sandy Feld represented the seller.
