If a newly built home wasn’t enough, one that recently hit the market in Parker comes with a new car.
The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home at 9877 Red Current Place is listed for $2.39 million.
“I’ve never sold a house that has a brand new car in the garage,” said listing agent Alissa Dunn with HomeSmart.
The car that will go with the house hasn’t yet been purchased. Seller Ranko Mocevic will decide the make and model, but said it likely will be a midpriced car.
“I did it 20 years ago and it worked,” he said.
Mocevic owns Colorado Homes LLC, a third-generation residential and commercial builder and developer. He purchased the 2.2-acre lot under Colorado Homes LLC in October 2015 for $218,000 and built the approximately 10,000-square-foot home in 2019 and 2020.
Address: 9877 Red Current Place in Parker
List price: $2.39 million
Stats: The two-story home sits at 6,313 square feet above the ground with a nearly 4,000-square-foot walk-out basement.
The finer things: Half of the six bedrooms are master bedrooms with steam showers. The home also has a sauna, two laundry rooms and custom hickory cabinets in the kitchen.
“The kitchen is pretty amazing just because it’s so big,” Dunn said. “The downstairs basement is incredible for entertaining.”
The basement features a theater, full bar, wine cellar or cigar room, and multiple rooms that could be used as a game room or a man cave, according to the listing.
Seller: Developer Ranko Mocevic purchased the home under his business Colorado Homes LLC in October 2015 for $218,000, records show. Mocevic also owns Colorado World Resorts, which is developing an 81-unit condominium project in Avon.
