The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home at 9877 Red Current Place is listed for $2.39 million.
“I’ve never sold a house that has a brand new car in the garage,” said listing agent Alissa Dunn with HomeSmart.
The two-story home sits at 6,313 square feet above the ground with a nearly 4,000-square-foot walk-out basement.
The car that will go with the house hasn’t yet been purchased. Seller Ranko Mocevic will decide the make and model, but said it likely will be a midpriced car.
“I did it 20 years ago and it worked,” he said.
Mocevic owns Colorado Homes LLC, a third-generation residential and commercial builder and developer. He purchased the 2.2-acre lot under Colorado Homes LLC in October 2015 for $218,000 and built the approximately 10,000-square-foot home in 2019 and 2020.
