Opus Development Company LLC purchased 1.65 acres at 550 W. 19th Ave. in Denver for $9.55 million from 19th & Clay LLC. Chris Cowan and Bryon Stevenson represented the seller.

New York-based Urban American Management purchased the 32-unit apartment building at 1540 Grant St. in Denver for $8.45 million from Classic Properties of Denver LLC. Justin Hunt, Andy Hellman, Ryan Cohn and Katie Hufnagel represented the seller.

Allegro Properties LLC purchased eight multifamily units at 2071 S. Milwaukee St. in Denver for $1.275 million from RB Observatory Park Four LLC. Spencer Bradley represented the seller.

Bar and Cocoa LLC leased 4,714 industrial square feet at 7000 E. 47th Avenue Drive in Denver. Brian Wingate represented the tenant.

Brown Management LLC leased 3,070 industrial square feet at 6675 S. Kenton St. in Centennial. Keith Bell, Jason Addlesperger and David Lee represented the tenant.

ID One LLC purchased the 6,857-square-foot office building at 180 Adams St. in Denver for $3.43 million from Pete Perry and partner. Monica Wiley and Jeff Wood represented the seller.

SSIC Inc purchased 150 E. 144th Ave. in Thornton, currently a Wendy’s, for $2.2 million from Thornton Development LLC. Justin Brockman and Chris Student represented the seller.

SSIC Inc purchased 200 E. 144th Ave. in Thornton, currently an Arby’s, for $1.67 million from Thornton Development LLC. Justin Brockman and Chris Student represented the seller.
