Zocalo Community Development’s apartment complex under construction in RiNo now has a name.

Edit at River North is going up at the corner of Walnut and 35th streets, within the development hot spot that is the area around the 38th and Blake commuter rail station.

When completed next year, the 13-story project will have 366 apartments, 16 of which will be income-restricted.

Here are some photos of the project taken last week, as well as a rendering.

Developer: Zocalo Community Development with its equity partners, Iowa-based Principal Insurance and Denver-based Brue Baukol Capital Partners

Specs: The 13-story building will have 366 apartments, 16 of which will be restricted to those making up to 80 percent of the area median income.

Architect: Craine Architecture

General contractor: Zocalo Construction

Groundbreaking: February 2019

Expected completion: Early summer 2021
