Focus Property Group purchased Triad Orchard Station, the 414,831-square-foot, three-building office campus at 5660, 5670, 5680 Greenwood Plaza Blvd. in Greenwood Village, for $54 million from SB/Steelwave Triad LLC. Focus has hired Ryan Stout, Nate Bradley and Zach Williams as leasing agents.

Stream Realty Partners reports the following deal:

CWCapital and Kenai Capital Partners purchased Compark Business Park, a three-
building, 263,734-square-foot industrial portfolio at 8560 Upland Drive, 8490 Upland Drive and 14800 Grasslands Drive in Englewood, for $41 million from Hendricks Commercial Properties. Tyler Reed, Peter Beugg and Dominic DiOrio represented the buyer.

Colliers reports the following deals:

MMDC Commercial Real Estate purchased the 81,153-square-foot parking garage at 1627 California St. in Denver for $10.65 million from California Street LP. Bill Morkes, Craig Stack and Tim Shay represented the seller.

Colorado Distribution Group LLC leased 62,614 industrial square feet at 11551 E. 45th Ave. in Denver. Tom Stahl represented the landlord.

Environmental Materials LLC leased 16,049 industrial square feet at 6707 and 6713 E. 50th Ave. in Commerce City. Tim Shay represented the landlord.
