Courtyards Owner LLC purchased 688 multifamily units at Courtyards at Buckley at 2134 S. Richfield Way in Aurora for $143 million from Lands at Buckley Property Owner LLC ℅ JRK Investors Inc. Terrance Hunt and Shane Ozment represented the seller.

Woodspear Properties (Ascendant Capital Partners DNA LLC) purchased the 107,303-square-foot industrial asset at 9950 E. 40th Ave. in Denver for $21.11 million from H-B Tempe LLC. Mike Wafer, Tim D’Angelo, Tim Prinsen and Jerry Hopkins were involved in the transaction.

HHJUI & Associates LLC leased 4,925 retail square feet at Bowles Avenue Marketplace at 8936 W. Bowles Ave. in Littleton. Michael Quinlan and Frank Griffin represented the landlord.

Indect USA Corporation leased 3,138 industrial square feet at Building H, 14 Inverness Drive East in Englewood. Keith Bell, Jason Addlesperger and David Lee represented the landlord.

Turing School of Software and Design expanded its office lease at 1331 17th St. by 2,863 square feet. Jamie Gard, Jeffrey Castleton and Tom Crosby represented the landlord.

TCP of Aurora LLC, Joe Jaramillo and Randa Payne leased 2,400 retail square feet at 6020 S. Gun Club Road in Aurora. Carolyn Martinez and Michael Lindemann represented the landlord.

Tlaquesalsa LLC leased 1,400 retail square feet at 9960 N. Wadsworth Pkwy. in Westminster. Steven Fletcher represented the tenant.

Riverpoint Partners and CentrePointe Properties purchased the 175-unit Brix on Belleview apartment complex at 175 W. Belleview Ave. in Englewood for $29.9 million from SSP Brix LLC and SSP 2633 West 25th Delaware LLC. Dan Woodward, David Potarf, Matt Barnett and Jake Young represented the seller.

Hyde Development and Mortenson purchased 125 acres along E-470 at 64th Avenue in Aurora from Westside Investment Partners. The buyers plan to develop HighPoint Logistics Park, a 2.2 million-square-foot, Class A industrial park. Todd Witty and Daniel Close represented the buyers. Tyler Carner, Jeremy Ballenger and Jessica Ostermick represented the seller.

Marudas Rentals LLC purchased the 51,609-square-foot building leased by Safeway at 560 Corona St. in Denver for $16.38 million from CF Albert PropCo III LLC. Zach Wright and Tom Ethington represented the seller.

RGH 1 LLC and R&B Group Holdings LLC purchased the 30-unit apartment complex at 5907 S. Gallup St. in Littleton for $6.73 million from Ketring LLC. Robert Lawson represented the buyers.

Benbrooke Holdings LLC and Meadow Creek Townhomes LLC purchased the 15-unit apartment building at 11410 W. 38th Ave. in Wheat Ridge for $2.8 million from Wheat Ridge LLC. Josh Newell and Connor Knutson represented the buyer and seller.
