Monaco South Owner LLC purchased the 220-unit Monaco South apartment complex at 2280 S. Monaco Pkwy. in Denver for $36 million from Westfield Income Partners XI LLLP. Shane Ozment, Terrance Hunt, Justin Hunt and Andrew Hellman represented the seller.

Marble Partners and Lion Real Estate Group LLC purchased the 142-unit Stratford at Lowry apartment complex at 425 S. Galena Way in Denver for $24.9 million from Vukota Capital Management. Terrance Hunt and Shane Ozment represented the seller.

C&B Inc, Winterset Holdings LLC and A&J Enterprises LLC purchased 105,944 retail square feet at 1907 S. Havana St. in Aurora for $10.35 million from Havana Square RLLP. Riki Hashimoto and Daniel Grooters represented the seller.

Decision Pointe Solutions LLC subleased 3,123 office square feet at 1675 Larimer St. in Denver from Lario Oil & Gas Co. Andrew Blaustein, Matt Davidson and Josh Pons were involved in the transaction.

J Tucker Insurance & Financial Services Inc leased 997 office square feet at 14001 E. Iliff Ave. in Aurora. Nathan Johnson, Peter Staab, Brian Wagner and Mark O’Donnell represented the landlord.

Boost Hydration Bar LLC leased 965 retail square feet at 7351 E. 29th Ave. in Denver. Carolyn Martinez and Michael Lindemann represented the landlord.

CBRE reports the following deal:

Colorado Springs-based Griffis Blessing purchased Clear Creek Commons, a 45-unit apartment complex for adults 55+ at 1027 Washington Ave. in Golden for $18.75 million from Arizona-based The Wolff Companies. Dan Woodward, David Potarf, Matt Barnett and Jake Young represented the seller.

Trevey Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

Shree Kirshna LLC purchased the 20,301-square-foot retail center at 12311 Pine Bluffs Way in Parker for $5.1 million from Robinson Ranch Co Retail Center LLC. The center was 93.72% leased at time of sale. Patrick McGlinchey, Justin Gregory and Nick Nickerson represented the buyer and seller.

Bartell & Co. reports the following deal:

Emerson on Ward LLC purchased 4860 Ward Road in Wheat Ridge for $3.975 million from Thoff LLC. Dan Bartell represented the seller.
