CBRE reports the following deal:

Bethesda, Maryland-based ASB Investment Management purchased three fully leased industrial properties totaling 633,193 square feet — located at 22100 E. 26th Ave. in Aurora, 9410 Heinz Way in Commerce City and 18300 E 28th Ave. in Aurora — for $72 million from New York-based Link Industrial. Jim Bolt, Tyler Carner and Jeremy Ballenger represented the seller.

Newmark Knight Frank reports the following deals:

Los Angeles-based Gelt Inc purchased the 390-unit Timber Lodge apartment complex at 1769 Coronado Pkwy. North in Thornton for $61 million from Denver-based BMC Investments. Shane Ozment and Terrance Hunt represented the seller.

MDC Nicola 101 University LP purchased 49,900 office square feet at 101 University Blvd. in Denver for $26 million from 101 University Associates LLC. John Jugl Jr. represented the seller.

Pivotal Software Inc leased 28,006 office square feet at Platte Fifteen at 2373 15th St. in Denver. David Hart and Scott Garel represented the landlord.

Party City Corp leased 9,906 retail square feet at Bowles Avenue Marketplace at 8936 W. Bowles Ave. in Littleton. Michael Quinlan and Frank Griffin represented the landlord.

Peak Performance Brokerage Services Inc leased 5,864 office square feet at 7979 E. Tufts Ave. in Denver. Jamie Gard represented the landlord.

AirDNA LLC leased 5,500 office square feet at 1509 Blake St. in Denver. Matthew Davidson, Andrew Blaustein and Josh Pons represented the tenant.

Shahid Inc leased 3,018 retail square feet at Park Plaza at 12001 Pecos St. in Westminster. Carolyn Martinez and Michael Lindemann represented the landlord.

Viridian Land Investment Partners LLC leased 2,949 office square feet at Shea Center II at 1805 Shea Center Drive in Highlands Ranch. Jonathan Tilton and Thomas Lee represented the tenant.

Kyle Gillian leased 1,400 retail square feet at Saddle Rock Marketplace at 6020 S. Gun Club Road in Aurora. Michael Lindemann and Carolyn Martinez represented the landlord.

Skyler Peak leased 1,159 retail square feet at Park Plaza at 12001 Pecos St. in Westminster. Carolyn Martinez and Michael Lindemann represented the landlord.

Techneaux Technology Services LLC expanded its office lease at Sheridan Park 8 at 8670 Wolff Court in Westminster by 853 square feet. Jared Leabch and Roger Simpson represented the landlord.

Matrix Group Inc reports the following deal:

Matrix Group Inc purchased Huron Business Center at 405-475 115th Ave. in Northglenn from Cedarbridge Apartments LLC for $11 million. Tom Myers and Jake Cook of Unique Properties represented the buyer. The company purchased the property through a 1031 exchange using proceeds from its recent sale of Lakewood’s Union Walk Retail Center.

Domator LLC purchased approximately 11,700 office square feet at 183 S. Taylor Ave., Units 2-5, in Louisville for $4.05 million from Lot 2, CTC, LLLP. Dan Bartell represented the seller.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:

Merrycol Inc purchased the 6,881-square-foot building at 9345 S. Colorado Blvd. in Highlands Ranch, currently home to Merryhill School, for $2.19 million from WGC Investments LLC. Drew Isaac and James K. Rassengoss represented the buyer and seller.

Impact Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

Nancy Anderson purchased the 2,256-square-foot building at 2350 Legacy Circle in Elizabeth, currently home to Taco Bell, for $1.63 million from D&M Holdings LLC. Heather Taylor represented the buyer.

Tracking Investments LLC purchased the 6,250-square-foot building on 0.55 acres at 3203-3323 N. Oakland St. in Aurora for $968,750 from James and Joan North. Heather Taylor represented the buyer.

Riverdale Carwash LLC purchased the 3,760-square-foot building at 8940 Thornton Blvd. in Thornton, currently home to a cash wash, for $950,000 from North Metro Car Wash LLC. Heather Taylor represented the buyer.

International Union of Operating Engineers leased 2,474 square feet at 2851 Industrial Lane in Broomfield. Natalie Phoenix represented the tenant.

TRJ Properties LLC purchased the nine-unit multifamily property at 1646 Routt St. in Lakewood for $1.5 million from Bumbershoot Ltd. Chris Knowlton represented the buyer and seller.

The Beer Spa leased 3,100 square feet at 3004 Downing St. in Denver. Amanda Dorotik represented the landlord. Carolyn Martinez of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant.

PECW Lafayette LLC purchased 2.09 acres at 421 Aspen Ridge Drive and 1317 W. Baseline Road in Lafayette for $1 million. Cobey Wess and Matthew Barragan represented the buyer. Zander Rodriguez with David Hicks & Lampert Brokerage represented the seller.

53 Fed Partners LLLP purchased 0.95 acres at 5317 Federal Blvd. in Denver for $699,108 from Ronald Biggerstaff. Jeff Hallberg and Brian Cox represented the seller. The buyer plans to build 13 residential units.
