Jim Bolt, Tyler Carner and Jeremy Ballenger represented the seller.

Newmark Knight Frank reports the following deals:

Los Angeles-based Gelt Inc purchased the 390-unit Timber Lodge apartment complex at 1769 Coronado Pkwy. North in Thornton for $61 million from Denver-based BMC Investments. Shane Ozment and Terrance Hunt represented the seller.

MDC Nicola 101 University LP purchased 49,900 office square feet at 101 University Blvd. in Denver for $26 million from 101 University Associates LLC. John Jugl Jr. represented the seller.

Pivotal Software Inc leased 28,006 office square feet at Platte Fifteen at 2373 15th St. in Denver. David Hart and Scott Garel represented the landlord.

Party City Corp leased 9,906 retail square feet at Bowles Avenue Marketplace at 8936 W. Bowles Ave. in Littleton. Michael Quinlan and Frank Griffin represented the landlord.
