CBRE reports the following deal:

FDL LLC purchased the Country Meadows Square retail complex at 19539 Hess Road in Parker for $7.7 million from Country Meadows Development LLC. Parker Brown, Matthew Henrichs and Brad Lyons represented the seller.

Matrix Group Inc reports the following deals:

Matrix Group Inc. sold Union Walk Retail Center at 180 S. Union Boulevard in Lakewood for $5.03 million to Union Walk Central LLC. Dan Grooters and Riki Hashimoto of Newmark Knight Frank represented the seller. Proceeds will be used to purchase the Huron Business Center at 405-475 W. 115th Ave. in Northglenn.
