Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:

Pathfinder Littleton Holdings LLC purchased the 71,440-square-foot multifamily property The Station at 2100 W. Berry Ave. in Littleton for $20.73 million from Hill Street Partnership LLP. Greg Price, Greg Parker, Cliff David and Steve Gebing represented the seller. Price and Parker also represented the buyer.

Iffish LLC purchased the 48,902-square-foot industrial building at 4200 Jackson St. in Denver for $9.62 million ($186.69/sf) from Eat-1514 LLC. Craig Myles and R.C. Myles represented the seller. David Leuthold of Leuthold Commercial represented the buyer.
