Bridge WF CO Artisan LLC purchased 434 multifamily units at The Artisan at 9825 E. Girard Ave. in Denver for $77.3 million from GG Apartments LLC. Shane Ozment and Terrance Hunt represented the seller.

PRCP-CO Deer Crest LLC purchased 287 multifamily units at Deer Crest at 2200 W. 10th Ave. in Broomfield for $61.99 million from GB Deer Crest LLC. Shane Ozment and Terrance Hunt represented the seller.

PR II/K Orchard purchased 7.5 acres at the southeast corner of 148th Avenue and Huron Street in Westminster for $7 million from Vestar Orchard Town Center LLC. Chris Cowan and Steven O’Dell represented the seller.

19th & Chestnut LLC purchased 0.37 acres at 2039 19th St. in Denver for $6.25 million from Block 11 LLC. Chris Cowan and Bryon Stevenson represented the seller.

J&L Investors LLC purchased 1,973 office square feet at 2 Inverness Drive East in Englewood for $387,500 from JJBM Properties LI LLC. Keith Bell, Jason Addlesperger and David Lee represented the seller.

Sumo Logic Inc leased 12,327 office square feet at 999 18th St. in Denver. Shawn Kellenberger, Jeff Rodgers, Victor Frandsen and Tim Harrington represented the tenant.
