Alliance Realty Partners LLC purchased 6.02 acres at the northeast corner of Bowles Avenue and Wadsworth Blvd. in Jefferson County for $5 million from Vestar Bowles Crossing LLC. Christopher Cowan and Steven O’Dell represented the seller.

Hiren Patel Capital I LLC purchased 4,896 retail square feet at 15690 E. 104th Ave. for $3.07 million from CBH Properties Commerce City. Justin Kaufman, Peter Staab, Riki Hashimoto and Daniel Grooters represented the buyer.

Comp 9025 Grant LLC purchased 15,647 office square feet at 9025 Grant St. in Thornton for $2.59 million from SNH Medical Office Properties Trust. Jared Leabch and Roger Simpson represented the seller.

Summit Utilities Inc leased 17,822 office square feet at 10825 E. Geddes Ave. in Centennial. Jason Addlesperger, David Lee, Mike Wafer and Keith Bell represented the landlord.
